Lexitas is seeking a Training and Content Specialist to design clear, engaging learning experiences and manage the Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will have instructional design expertise and hands-on facilitation skills. This is a remote full-time position with a pay range of $28.84-$31.25/hr.
Requirements
- Design, create, maintain, and enhance LMS training content
- Partner with managers and supervisors to identify, assess, and prioritize training needs
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions
