Overview
We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong B2C and integration experience to join our team. In the initial phase, the focus will be on discovery, documentation and architectural alignment rather than hands-on development. The architect will work closely with regional and global teams to understand the current ecosystem, align with enterprise standards and define the target integration architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and documentation of current-state systems, integrations and data flows across LATAM markets
- Gain a deep understanding of the customer's standards, global platforms and architectural principles
- Define and document target-state architecture, with a focus on integrations between local systems and global platforms
- Drive integration design across key components, including DCX (Digital Consumer Experience), CBX platform and REEV (B2B solution)
- Support integration design for CDP (Treasure Data) and various enterprise and local data sources
- Collaborate closely with the Global Enterprise Architecture team to ensure alignment and consistency
- Support decision-making on migration approach and sequencing as countries transition to centralized platforms
- Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams as the program evolves into execution
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in B2C and B2B environments, with a strong integration focus
- Understanding of consumer platforms, CDPs (e.g., Treasure Data) and omnichannel ecosystems
- Background in working with distributed landscapes (local and global systems) and large-scale transformation programs
- Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate architecture to both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with enterprise architecture and global teams
- Capability to operate in an ambiguous, discovery-driven phase and bring structure to it
- Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)
