Affiliate Manager role based in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time, office position.

Responsibilities:

  • Search for and onboard new affiliate partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing partners
  • Communicate with partners via Telegram, email and other channels
  • Analyze traffic performance, partner results and traffic quality
  • Identify new traffic sources and growth opportunities
  • Work with internal teams on offers, partner conditions, payments and optimization
  • Maintain reports, update partner data and track agreements
  • Use AI tools to improve research, communication, reporting and daily workflows
  • Take ownership of new tasks and challenges

Requirements:

  • Junior+/Middle level or relevant experience in affiliate marketing, sales, account management, digital marketing, iGaming, CPA networks or related fields
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of responsibility and ownership; ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Confidence with spreadsheets, messengers, CRM systems and trackers, or willingness to learn
  • Interest in affiliate/performance marketing, partnerships or business development
  • Readiness to work from the office
