We're looking for a Strategy & Corporate Development Senior Associate to help drive Allica's growth agenda and execute high-impact opportunities, including M&A, portfolio purchases, and lending partnerships.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' professional experience in strategy consulting, preferably with a top-tier background and exposure to financial services or banking projects
- Excellent strategic toolkit, including structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, and commercial judgement
- Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills, including market sizing, unit economics, business case development, and Excel modelling
- Exposure to M&A, commercial due diligence, partnerships, integration planning, or post-Day 1 value creation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across internal functions and with external advisers
