Role: Build the product marketing function from scratch and become the bridge between product, market, and sales.

What you’ll do:

  • Define ICPs and target segments
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy
  • Package products into clear use cases and offers
  • Support sales with enablement materials and active deals
  • Analyze funnel performance and improve conversion
  • Run customer interviews and validate market assumptions
  • Drive content strategy (cases, insights, research)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS / infrastructure / martech / fintech / iGaming
  • Strong PMM fundamentals: ICP, positioning, messaging, GTM
  • Experience with enterprise or complex sales cycles
  • Strong analytical and market research skills
  • Ability to turn technical products into compelling narratives
  • Fluent English

Nice to have:

  • Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or other high-risk industries
