Role: Build the product marketing function from scratch and become the bridge between product, market, and sales.
What you’ll do:
- Define ICPs and target segments
- Develop positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy
- Package products into clear use cases and offers
- Support sales with enablement materials and active deals
- Analyze funnel performance and improve conversion
- Run customer interviews and validate market assumptions
- Drive content strategy (cases, insights, research)
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS / infrastructure / martech / fintech / iGaming
- Strong PMM fundamentals: ICP, positioning, messaging, GTM
- Experience with enterprise or complex sales cycles
- Strong analytical and market research skills
- Ability to turn technical products into compelling narratives
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or other high-risk industries
