paytech — a fast-growing fintech company is looking for a Project Manager for Internal Projects with strong gateway / payments knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
- Capture and structure action points from meetings, discussions, and ongoing internal initiatives.
- Convert high-level ideas, leadership decisions, and operational needs into clear tasks with owners and deadlines.
- Manage and maintain a centralized execution tracker across product, integrations, operations, partnerships, and gateway-related initiatives.
- Coordinate internal projects connected to payment gateways, integrations, payment flows, merchant operations, and internal process improvements.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery; identify delays, blockers, risks, and dependencies early, and escalate when needed.
- Hold stakeholders accountable to agreed timelines, deliverables, and ownership areas; ensure leadership has clear visibility into project status, blockers, risks, and next steps.
- Support alignment between business, product, technical, operations, integrations, and partnerships teams; structure complex payments-related topics into clear project plans and milestones.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, delivery management, or execution-focused roles.
- Proven experience managing internal or cross-functional projects and multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to structure information and translate discussions into clear actions, owners, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Strong follow-up discipline, stakeholder management, risk identification, and clear communication skills.
- Experience in fintech, payments, PSP, gateway, acquiring, or payment technology environments; practical knowledge of integrations, payment methods, PSPs, acquirers, routing, reconciliation, settlements, chargebacks, and payment operations.
