An IT holding building a Web3 ecosystem (DEX, educational products, memepad, etc.) is looking for a strong product leader to drive key product directions and influence product strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Shape product vision and strategy
- Lead product discovery: hypotheses, research, A/B tests
- Own the roadmap and prioritization
- Work closely with Dev, Data/AI, UX and Legal
- Define and develop product metrics
- Launch and scale monetization together with growth/marketing
- Manage a product team (PM, BizDev, analyst)
What we expect:
- 5+ years as a Product Manager in Web3
- Experience launching products from scratch and bringing them to market
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Strong data-driven mindset and hands-on work with metrics
- Practical experience in discovery, UX and requirements setting (PRDs, user stories)
- Experience handling multiple products or streams in parallel
- Skills in monetization and growth
- English level B2 or higher
