We are looking for a Retention Manager who will drive player retention, increase LTV, and build long-term relationships with our user base.
This is a key role with a direct impact on revenue through segmentation, analytics, and lifecycle marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Own and develop retention strategy (retention, reactivation, LTV growth).
- Build and manage dynamic user segments.
- Analyze funnels (registration → deposit → repeat deposits → churn).
- Optimize conversion rates across the full player lifecycle.
- Launch and manage CRM campaigns (push / SMS / email / in-app).
- Develop personalized offers and bonus mechanics.
- Work with VIP and high-value segments.
- Run A/B tests and validate hypotheses.
- Identify growth opportunities based on player behavior.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in retention / CRM / lifecycle marketing.
- iGaming / betting experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of key metrics: LTV, Retention Rate, ARPU, Churn, ROI.
- Experience with segmentation (including dynamic segments).
- Ability to analyze funnels and identify bottlenecks.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Customer.io, Salesforce, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset and analytical thinking.
- English — working proficiency.
Nice to have:
- Experience with bonus systems (FS, cashback, reload, VIP programs).
- Experience in multi-GEO projects (MENA / Asia).
- SQL / BI tools knowledge.
- Experience with real-time triggers.
Salary: €2,500 – €4,000 net (in-hand), depends on experience and expertise.
Bonus: Performance-based bonus (10–30% of salary) based on LTV growth, retention rate, repeat deposit rate.
