We are looking for a Retention Manager who will drive player retention, increase LTV, and build long-term relationships with our user base.

This is a key role with a direct impact on revenue through segmentation, analytics, and lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop retention strategy (retention, reactivation, LTV growth).
  • Build and manage dynamic user segments.
  • Analyze funnels (registration → deposit → repeat deposits → churn).
  • Optimize conversion rates across the full player lifecycle.
  • Launch and manage CRM campaigns (push / SMS / email / in-app).
  • Develop personalized offers and bonus mechanics.
  • Work with VIP and high-value segments.
  • Run A/B tests and validate hypotheses.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on player behavior.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retention / CRM / lifecycle marketing.
  • iGaming / betting experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of key metrics: LTV, Retention Rate, ARPU, Churn, ROI.
  • Experience with segmentation (including dynamic segments).
  • Ability to analyze funnels and identify bottlenecks.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Customer.io, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset and analytical thinking.
  • English — working proficiency.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with bonus systems (FS, cashback, reload, VIP programs).
  • Experience in multi-GEO projects (MENA / Asia).
  • SQL / BI tools knowledge.
  • Experience with real-time triggers.

Salary: €2,500 – €4,000 net (in-hand), depends on experience and expertise.

Bonus: Performance-based bonus (10–30% of salary) based on LTV growth, retention rate, repeat deposit rate.
