- 3+ years experience
- Strong knowledge of modern Javascript with Typescript and React.js
- Commercial experience with the latest versions of NextJS
- Good understanding of automated testing
- Able to identify and assess technical debt
- Solid understanding of accessibility needs
- Proactive in taking ownership over your work
- Comfortable working with product owners
- Experience working at a Fintech or startup/scaleup environment
- Experience working on financial systems
- A keen desire to want to learn and input into a highly collaborative team
