Overview
We are building an AI application platform and need a Lead AI Engineer to deliver RAG, an MCP toolchain, agentic workflows, and secure chat experiences. You will guide production readiness, observability, cost control, and governance while partnering with product, data, and security teams to keep the platform reliable and scalable—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for production use
- Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools
- Design a multi-model gateway to support diverse AI models
- Create agentic workflows using tools such as n8n
- Deliver secure chat interfaces with OpenWebUI or custom solutions
- Own production-readiness through IaC, CI/CD and Kubernetes
- Establish observability, cost control and governance practices
- Collaborate with product, data and security teams to align platform capabilities with business needs
Requirements
- Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in AI engineering or related roles
- Deep understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Hands-on experience building agentic workflows using tools like n8n
- Demonstrated ability to deploy secure chat interfaces such as OpenWebUI or custom-built solutions
- Solid background in IaC, CI/CD and Kubernetes for production-grade systems
- Strong capability in observability, cost control and governance for AI platforms
- English proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate)
