Las Vegas-based game studio (Roblox) is hiring a Project Manager (Merchandise). Remote-first role with relocation support to Las Vegas, USA.

What you will do:

  • Build and manage a comprehensive tasking framework for internal teams and external vendors.
  • Own end-to-end execution of merchandise drops to ensure on-time delivery of products and assets.
  • Collaborate with Head of Merch to plan pipelines, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to oversee production, design, and fulfillment.
  • Monitor daily progress, identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
  • Develop and optimize scalable workflows to support repeatable e-commerce growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in entertainment, gaming, or creative agencies.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • World-class communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency with task management tools such as Notion or Asana.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with the Roblox platform.
  • Strong background in design or art.
