Las Vegas-based game studio (Roblox) is hiring a Project Manager (Merchandise). Remote-first role with relocation support to Las Vegas, USA.
What you will do:
- Build and manage a comprehensive tasking framework for internal teams and external vendors.
- Own end-to-end execution of merchandise drops to ensure on-time delivery of products and assets.
- Collaborate with Head of Merch to plan pipelines, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors to oversee production, design, and fulfillment.
- Monitor daily progress, identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Develop and optimize scalable workflows to support repeatable e-commerce growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in entertainment, gaming, or creative agencies.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- World-class communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency with task management tools such as Notion or Asana.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with the Roblox platform.
- Strong background in design or art.
