We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to build and own the top of our Southeast Asian sales funnel. The role involves qualifying inbound leads, running outbound prospecting, and delivering group demos that convert.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (SaaS or tech preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting outbound or pipeline targets
- Strong communicator
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement platforms
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Bonus if you also speak: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, or Cantonese
