We are looking for a Backend Developer to work on a single rapidly growing product, refactor a legacy Django monolith, develop APIs and improve architecture, tests, monitoring and logging.
Tasks:
- Development of internal and client APIs
- Model analysis tasks in a distributed queue
- Pricing algorithms
- Refactoring old or bad code
- Participation in architecture development and upgrades (Celery, Python, Django)
- Task planning and decomposition
- Preparation of solutions for documentation, monitoring and logging based on AWS and third-party services
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of work experience
- Confident knowledge of Python for web services
- Production experience with AWS, Celery, Docker
- Understanding of English (board/documentation in English)
- Willingness to work with legacy code; teamwork and sociability
