Overview
At present, we are searching for a People Advisory Specialist to operate as a self-sufficient contributor within the People Partnership and Advisory function, backing the full employee lifecycle across the company.
This position delivers consultative support to leaders and team members on HR procedures, policy guidance, employee relations, and compliance topics at the local or country level.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a dependable contact for leaders and team members on routine people-focused inquiries
- Steer stakeholders through critical milestones of the employee path, ensuring a smooth and consistent encounter
- Convert internal regulations into hands-on advice tailored to specific scenarios
- Tend to employee concerns and assist in settling workplace matters in an equitable and timely fashion
- Collaborate with cross-departmental groups to help deploy people-related programs and campaigns
- Maintain accurate documentation and files connected to people-related activities and case requests
- Observe trends and surface insights to enhance people-related practices and operational routines
- Bring value to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing refinements to current procedures and toolsets
Requirements
- A university degree at the Bachelor's or Master's level in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or an equivalent area
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in People Management, HR Advisory, or related HR operational functions
- Practical exposure to onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding activities throughout the employee lifecycle
- Working understanding of talent management techniques, including development planning and career advancement assistance
- Involvement in performance management routines, encompassing goal definition, reviews, and feedback exchanges
- Solid grounding in employee relations, including the handling of sensitive topics and supporting conflict mediation
- Reliable understanding of policy and compliance subjects, with the ability to read and apply internal guidance
- Knowledge of the people management procedures that function within an organization
- Operational awareness of regional labor laws and rules applicable to the supported area
- Practical command of HR platforms and applications, such as people systems, case management solutions, and Level Up for skills tracking
- Excellent verbal and written English skills (B2+ level or higher)
