Requirements
- Schedule stand-ups and other meetings with team and clients
- Manage budget for projects and communicate with clients about scope, timing, and remaining resources
- Keep team members busy and help devs find right work
- Document design of process for contact center
- Assist in transitioning from delivery to managed services
- Help clients understand how delivery team will meet business goals and costs
- Identify tradeoffs between solution options
