This is a remote executive assistant position that provides dedicated support to the Managing Director of an international executive search firm. The role requires a high level of organisation, prioritisation, and operational follow-through across a fast-paced and demanding schedule.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience supporting at MD or C-suite level, ideally within professional services, consulting or executive search
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-variability schedules and competing priorities
  • Experience coordinating teams, projects and research workstreams in a senior support capacity
  • Confident chairing or facilitating meetings and driving outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to a professional services standard
  • Highly organised with reliable follow-through and strong attention to detail
  • Sound independent judgement in prioritisation and escalation
  • Absolute discretion with confidential information
  • Comfortable working across international time zones with flexibility around schedule when required
  • Self-directed and effective working remotely
  • Proficient with business productivity tools and able to adapt to new systems quickly
