As an Integration Specialist for Spacetime Customer Onboarding, you will support customers in evaluating and initializing Spacetime, gathering information, and translating it into Spacetime's APIs.
Requirements
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and desired outcomes
- Gather information such as motion of mobile terminals, ephemerides of satellites, antenna radiation patterns, and more
- Translate customer-provided information into the appropriate fields within Spacetime's open APIs
- Perform the necessary configuration work within Spacetime to initialize the customer's instance
- Work closely with engineering and customer success teams to address any technical challenges or requirements
