Overview

EPAM is looking for a Senior EDI Analyst to join the team during the peak season.

In this role, you will take responsibility for day-to-day operations, onboarding new partners, and maintaining the stability of the company's EDI environment. Team members are based in the US EST time zone, with a minimum required time overlap from 9 am to 12 pm EST.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the daily EDI transaction flow across all active SPS Commerce integrations, ensuring timely and accurate exchange of documents
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve functional acknowledgment (997) failures, map errors and trading partner compliance issues
  • Execute and interpret certification and regression testing within the SPS Commerce portal during new partner onboarding and specification updates
  • Coordinate directly with trading partners to address EDI discrepancies and communicate any changes in requirements
  • Maintain and update integration logs, mapping documentation and trading partner profiles within eVision
  • Support minor map modifications in TIE Kinetix eVision Enterprise under the guidance of the EDI Developer

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Solid background working with EDI and X12 protocols for electronic data interchange
  • Capability to read and interpret raw EDI files at both the segment and element level
  • Experience with GitHub Copilot and an AI-First mindset to accelerate onboarding and demonstrate productivity from day zero
  • Strong communication skills for effectively managing trading partner relationships
  • Detail-oriented approach with a proactive attitude toward identifying, escalating and resolving errors

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with SPS Commerce, including the trading partner portal, test environments and compliance workflows
  • Familiarity with TIE Kinetix eVision Enterprise for transaction monitoring and basic configuration tasks
