REPLUG is looking for a Snr. Business Development Manager for our Performance Ads business to identify and close Tier 1 mobile apps across EMEA and the US.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in AdTech, affiliate networks, or performance marketing sales
  • Experience selling performance-based advertising solutions is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of mobile user acquisition and performance marketing
  • Proven track record in closing deals
  • Ability to generate pipeline independently
  • Experience working with mobile apps, advertisers, or UA teams
  • Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate autonomously
  • Fluent English required
  • Any other European languages are a plus (preferred German, French, or Spanish)
