Role Overview

Blume LLC is hiring an experienced SDR/BDR who can ramp quickly, work independently, and thrive in a fast-moving, client-facing environment. This is a call-forward outbound role in a professional services delivery model.

What You Will Do

Prospect daily, qualify and book meetings, and communicate proactively with internal teammates and clients. Execute high-velocity outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings for assigned client accounts.

Requirements

  • 6+ mos of recent SDR/BDR experience where cold calling was a primary channel
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations (activity + outcomes)
  • Experience with common SDR tooling such as dialers, data/list building, and sequencing
  • Strong written and verbal communication; professional presence with executives and client stakeholders
  • Excellent organization and execution: you follow a daily plan, keep clean notes, and consistently close the loop
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with accountability and pace
  • Must live on the East Coast of the United States (due to business and compliance requirements)
