Growth Solutions Architect (GTM AI Operator)| UKI
You'll build, run, and continuously improve the AI-powered systems that drive Deel's global go-to-market engine. This is a hands-on, builder-first role — you're not advising on what to automate, you're doing it. As part of a centralized AI operations team, you'll deploy autonomous agents, re-engineer revenue workflows, and push the limits of what's possible across sales, SDR, and marketing motions. The work you ship will directly accelerate pipeline and improve how our revenue teams operate every day.
What you'll do at Deel
Build and deploy AI agents Prototype and ship autonomous AI agents for critical GTM workflows — inbound qualification, outbound engagement, and the highest-ROI automation opportunities — using Claude Code, n8n, AI Studio, and GitHub.
Operate and improve the GTM automation stack Run, monitor, and iterate on live workflows. You don't set it and walk away — you own the quality and performance of what's in production.
Drive AI tool adoption Manage the end-to-end rollout of new AI tools, including building training materials and supporting change management to ensure strong adoption across revenue teams.
Support revenue tech stack performance Contribute to the health and integration of Deel's revenue tech ecosystem (Salesforce, Outreach, LISN) — flagging performance gaps and working with stakeholders to resolve them.
Collaborate with GTM teams Partner with Sales, SDR, and Marketing to understand workflow pain points, translate them into automation opportunities, and deliver solutions that measurably improve productivity and conversion.
Build scalable, documented processes Design and document workflows, SOPs, and playbooks so the systems you build can scale across a global org without depending on any single person.
Contribute to pipeline analysis Support funnel diagnostics by analyzing performance data, surfacing blockers, and helping the team close gaps between pipeline targets and actuals.
Key qualifications
2–4 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Ops, Growth, or Sales Operations — with hands-on experience shipping AI or LLM-powered workflows in production. This is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have.
Proven ability to build agentic workflows using modern AI tooling (Claude Code, n8n, AI Studio, or equivalents). You've moved beyond prompting into actual deployment.
Strong working knowledge of CRM and sales engagement tools — you know how Salesforce flows, lead routing, and engagement sequences work well enough to troubleshoot and build on top of them.
Solid analytical skills. You're comfortable in spreadsheets and can work with data to tell a clear story about what's working and what isn't. SQL is a plus.
Deep familiarity with demand funnel metrics — MQL, SAL, SQL, closed-won — and how they connect across segments.
You communicate clearly and proactively. You surface problems early and come with proposed solutions, not just observations.
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end — scoping, execution, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through.
Comfortable with ambiguity. The tools, scope, and methods in this space change fast. You adapt and keep moving.
Why join us?
This role exists at the intersection of two things Deel takes seriously: being the most advanced AI-powered people platform in the world, and running a revenue engine that operates across 150+ countries. You'll build on real infrastructure at real scale — the agents and workflows you deploy will run across one of the fastest-growing GTM orgs in SaaS. You won't be piloting ideas. You'll be shipping them.
