QA Manager responsible for testing quality standards, creation and improvement of QA processes, procedures, guides and documentation, and supporting test teams to deliver high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement QA standards, processes, documentation, and training.
- Evaluate and update tools for defect tracking, test management, and performance metrics; maintain tool knowledge bases and software updates.
- Monitor QA metrics and KPIs; lead annual QA policy reviews and escalate concerns when needed.
- Support Sales, Marketing and Project Management with team sizing, equipment and tools; contribute QA expertise to client meetings and project setup.
- Oversee key project test execution, review QA processes and deliverables, and address quality concerns based on client feedback and risk assessments.
- Mentor and support Test Leads, assist onboarding, and foster team collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Administer and support QA tools (e.g., JIRA) and uphold company policies and security procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to uphold high standards in QA projects and strong understanding of QA management: processes, documentation, metrics, and KPIs.
- Expertise in Functionality, Compliance and Compatibility QA; experience mentoring Test Leads and managing customer expectations.
- Knowledge of game development lifecycle, testing tools and tracking databases (e.g., JIRA).
- Proficient in data analysis for decision-making and process improvement; familiar with financial processes (revenue, margins, invoicing).
- Solid knowledge of company processes, policies and Microsoft Office; skilled in meetings, presentations and client communication.
- Willing to work onsite (Megatower) and night shift.
