Обязанности:
- Manage the entire design lifecycle for cross-platform mobile and web applications
- Map complex user scenarios, create detailed Customer Journey Maps (CJM), and model behavioral logic
- Develop highly aesthetic UI, original graphic concepts, and maintain a unified Design System
- Create detailed prototypes to validate hypotheses and test flows
- Improve interface quality continuously based on user data, testing, and feedback
- Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and management teams throughout the Agile cycle
Требования:
- 2+ years of experience in mobile and web application design (a portfolio showcasing live projects is required)
- Proven experience working in Fintech, banking, or with complex, data-heavy interfaces and dashboards
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and understanding of iOS/Android technical guidelines
- Deep understanding of the JTBD framework and experience conducting usability testing
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
