About the Role:

As a Senior FinTech and Banking Delivery Manager, you will be part of our FinTech Competency Center, driving large-scale initiatives that combine technology, process change, and organizational alignment. You will engage with stakeholders, business users, and decision-makers through discovery workshops and executive presentations, translating business challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps.
Your responsibility goes beyond IT delivery — you will ensure that implemented solutions provide measurable business value, drive process efficiency, and enable sustainable change adoption across the organization.
You will also collaborate closely with the sales team during pre-sales activities: shaping transformation proposals, preparing discovery sessions, and supporting commercial offers for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage programs aligned with client strategy and measurable business outcomes;
  • Develop roadmaps and business cases demonstrating ROI and long-term value;
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards;
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and interlinked initiatives across multiple business domains;
  • Drive organizational change management: facilitate adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working;
  • Engage and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment;
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams in pre-sales: run workshops, prepare proposals, and align project delivery with client expectations;
  • Manage third-party suppliers and external partners as part of transformation programs;
  • Report to the project steering committee and executive sponsors.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in FinTech and Banking, including both IT system implementation (Core Banking systems, P2P transfers, mobile wallets, cards management, CRM, RPA platforms, AI/ML) and business process re-engineering;
  • Strong background in project and programme management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and experience in leading large-scale initiatives;
  • Demonstrated ability to link IT solutions to business goals (cost optimization, revenue growth, customer experience improvement, operational efficiency);
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-level platforms (Core Banking systems, P2P transfers, mobile wallets, cards management, CRM, ERP, RPA platforms, AI/ML);
  • Proven experience in creation and ownership of Product Requirements document, Technical Architecture and System Architecture documents;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including proven ability to work with C-level executives, business leaders, and technical teams;
  • At least 5+ years of experience in IT Project/Programme Management;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • English B2+ or higher.
