What you’ll do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Payment Gateway solutions
- Translate business needs into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and QA throughout the delivery cycle
- Create and maintain structured documentation in Jira & Confluence
- Build and maintain internal and external knowledge bases
- Improve BA processes and identify workflow efficiencies
- Support backlog grooming and feature planning
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, SaaS, or product companies
- Strong understanding of payment processing, transaction flows, cards, and alternative payment methods
- Experience working in agile cross-functional product teams
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience with BPMN, UML, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong interest in growing into a Product Manager role

- Experience with payment orchestration platforms
- Background in fintech or payments infrastructure
