We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Contract Recruiter based in Puerto Rico to support high-volume hiring initiatives across our U.S. mainland client portfolio. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple requisitions simultaneously — sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates at scale while maintaining the quality and personal touch that defines the PeopleLift brand.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience with a proven focus on high-volume or mass-volume hiring for U.S. employers or staffing firms
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, UpLeads, or equivalent talent intelligence platforms
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms; experience with JazzHR, Loxo, or similar systems is strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage given our Puerto Rico and U.S. bilingual client base
