Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), driving prospecting, outreach, and qualified lead generation
- Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions on lead prioritization, outreach strategies, and potential opportunities
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in presenting recommendations to leadership teams
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to balance strategic and tactical responsibilities
- Flexibility and openness to change: you thrive in fast moving environments
- Intellectually curious, self motivated, and energized by connecting with others
- Comfortable using tools like HubSpot and Google Workspace to stay organized and track progress
