Requirements

  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), driving prospecting, outreach, and qualified lead generation
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions on lead prioritization, outreach strategies, and potential opportunities
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in presenting recommendations to leadership teams
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to balance strategic and tactical responsibilities

  • Intellectually curious, self motivated, and energized by connecting with others
  • Comfortable using tools like HubSpot and Google Workspace to stay organized and track progress
