We’re looking for an experienced Payment Operations Officer to manage daily fiat and crypto transactions in a fast-growing fintech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor SWIFT, SEPA, EFT & Faster Payments transactions
- Manage crypto operations, wallet transfers, exchanges & liquidity
- Reconcile transactions and monitor operational balances
- Work with banking partners, PSPs, OTC desks & custodians
- Support compliance processes, reporting & payment investigations
- Help improve payment workflows and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- 3+ years in fintech, PSP, crypto, or high-risk industries
- Experience with both fiat rails and crypto operations
- Familiarity with platforms such as Fireblocks, Utila, Binance, Coinbase
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
