International fintech group (NDA, Cyprus) is scaling its AI/Engineering function and looks for an AI Engineer to develop LLM-, RAG- and voice-based production solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop AI chat systems working with real customer data (CRM, history, statuses)
- Build RAG systems using the company’s internal knowledge base
- Develop voice AI bots for inbound and outbound calls
- Integrate AI solutions with internal systems (CRM, ERP, APIs)
- Implement dialogue logic based on business scripts and workflows
- Analyze calls: transcription, quality assessment, script compliance monitoring
- Automate call-center processes and improve operator efficiency
- Optimize latency and stability of AI solutions in real-time environments
- Work with large-scale datasets (calls, chats, customer history)
- Develop and improve internal AI services and collaborate with Backend and DevOps teams
Requirements:
- 4+ years of commercial experience
- Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, or similar)
- Hands-on experience building production AI solutions and designing/implementing RAG systems
- Strong Python skills (FastAPI, async, API integrations)
- Experience with PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ
- Understanding of real-time systems, APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with ASR (speech-to-text) and TTS (text-to-speech)
- Experience with high-load systems and working with business logic and real customer data
Nice to have:
- Experience building voice bots (inbound / outbound)
- Experience in fintech / collections / call-center domains
- Experience with WebRTC / streaming
- Docker / Kubernetes
- Experience with call analysis and operator quality monitoring
