International fintech group (NDA, Cyprus) is scaling its AI/Engineering function and looks for an AI Engineer to develop LLM-, RAG- and voice-based production solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI chat systems working with real customer data (CRM, history, statuses)
  • Build RAG systems using the company’s internal knowledge base
  • Develop voice AI bots for inbound and outbound calls
  • Integrate AI solutions with internal systems (CRM, ERP, APIs)
  • Implement dialogue logic based on business scripts and workflows
  • Analyze calls: transcription, quality assessment, script compliance monitoring
  • Automate call-center processes and improve operator efficiency
  • Optimize latency and stability of AI solutions in real-time environments
  • Work with large-scale datasets (calls, chats, customer history)
  • Develop and improve internal AI services and collaborate with Backend and DevOps teams

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of commercial experience
  • Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience building production AI solutions and designing/implementing RAG systems
  • Strong Python skills (FastAPI, async, API integrations)
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ
  • Understanding of real-time systems, APIs and microservices architecture
  • Experience with ASR (speech-to-text) and TTS (text-to-speech)
  • Experience with high-load systems and working with business logic and real customer data

Nice to have:

  • Experience building voice bots (inbound / outbound)
  • Experience in fintech / collections / call-center domains
  • Experience with WebRTC / streaming
  • Docker / Kubernetes
  • Experience with call analysis and operator quality monitoring
