Position: SENIOR DATA (INSIGHT) ANALYST

Your Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Python
- Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL (Clickhouse is a plus)
- Understanding of performance metrics and monetization KPIs such as CR, EPL, ROI, RPC, LTV, etc.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to transform complex datasets into clear business insights.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze large-scale traffic, lead, and monetization data to uncover patterns that can drive additional revenue and profit.
- Identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities across the monetization funnel, from traffic acquisition to final conversions.
- Discover high-value traffic segments, behavioral signals, and conditions associated with stronger monetization outcomes.
- Transform analytical findings into clear insights and hypotheses for growth managers.
- Support experimentation by defining metrics, analyzing test results, and identifying scalable opportunities.
- Build and maintain analytical reports, dashboards, and datasets that help monitor monetization performance and detect anomalies.
- Collaborate with the team to implement data-driven improvements in monetization logic and routing.
