CompanionVille (recruiter) is hiring for a company headquartered in Cyprus that provides technological solutions for Crypto and CFD brokers.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into detailed technical requirements.
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvements and optimizations.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather requirements.
- Document business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain business process models, flowcharts, and diagrams.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment of solutions with requirements.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and QA activities.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience describing APIs and processes (e.g., sequence diagrams, JSON).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with modeling notations (UML, BPMN) and flowcharting.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases; data modeling experience.
- Experience with Databricks and analytical databases (e.g., ClickHouse) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and backlog systems (Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.
- English level B2 (C1 preferred).
