CompanionVille (recruiter) is hiring for a company headquartered in Cyprus that provides technological solutions for Crypto and CFD brokers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into detailed technical requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvements and optimizations.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather requirements.
  • Document business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain business process models, flowcharts, and diagrams.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment of solutions with requirements.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and QA activities.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience describing APIs and processes (e.g., sequence diagrams, JSON).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with modeling notations (UML, BPMN) and flowcharting.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases; data modeling experience.
  • Experience with Databricks and analytical databases (e.g., ClickHouse) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and backlog systems (Jira, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.
  • English level B2 (C1 preferred).
