The Director of Clinical Services - Value and Innovation is responsible for driving clinical and operational excellence within a defined book of business. The position involves partnering with local practice medical leadership and front-line clinicians to improve patient care processes and outcomes. The DCS will also work collaboratively with operating unit leadership to provide partnership to medical directors and clients towards performance enhancement and goal achievement.
