Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead our Payments team, driving the successful delivery of high-quality solutions through Agile methodologies. In this role, you will serve as the Scrum Master, facilitating team ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers the team to consistently meet business objectives and uphold quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Scrum process and uphold its principles across the team
- Facilitate the team's Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring they are effective and productive
- Liaise with the Product Owner to assist in managing and grooming the product backlog, and collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure completeness and clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Remove impediments to the team's progress and work with people outside of the team to resolve external dependencies and roadblocks
- Promote visibility and transparency by keeping information radiators up to date (whiteboards, ALM boards, etc.) and reminding the team to update tasks
- Coordinate with outside teams to plan activities such as deployments, website setups, UAT activities, and Go Live
- Ensure the Scrum team verifies against the Done Definition and that it upholds Pinpoint's quality standards
- Coach and mentor the team on the Agile Scrum methodology to continuously improve standards of work
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration within the Scrum team
- Assist business teams with understanding existing system capabilities and features being delivered in a project
- Guide individual team members on areas of improvement
Requirements
- 18+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years of delivery management/Scrum Master experience
- Solid working experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Background in ALM tools such as Rally and Jira
- Technical experience with Java/J2EE technology and a fair understanding of databases
- Expertise in Solution Architecture and Product Management
- Familiarity with .NET, CI/CD, and Engineering Practices
- Knowledge of AI
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

- Working knowledge/understanding of SAFe
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
