KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the relevance and accuracy of documented business processes — identify outdated or incorrect process descriptions and notify process owners when updates are required;
- Analyze unit economics, financial feasibility, and business plans for various initiatives;
- Participate in the development and assessment of new business directions;
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources (analytical research, internal databases, related departments);
- Collaborate cross-functionally with different business units to support operational and strategic projects.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience (business process optimization/reengineering, business process modeling);
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking;
- Basic understanding of corporate finance;
- Confident proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
