KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the relevance and accuracy of documented business processes — identify outdated or incorrect process descriptions and notify process owners when updates are required;
  • Analyze unit economics, financial feasibility, and business plans for various initiatives;
  • Participate in the development and assessment of new business directions;
  • Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources (analytical research, internal databases, related departments);
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with different business units to support operational and strategic projects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience (business process optimization/reengineering, business process modeling);
  • Strong analytical skills and structured thinking;
  • Basic understanding of corporate finance;
  • Confident proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
