Requirements

  • Manage customers and their consumables throughout the product life cycle
  • Complete audits and reporting on performance metrics
  • Develop product pathways across the entire product range
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions
  • Identify and develop new businesses in the region
  • Maintain opportunities in the CRM system
  • Monitor industry updates and changes in the product landscape
  • Perform health checks on customers' sites, review data, and present feedback
  • Work closely with product line, engineering, and sales teams
  • Support development of marketing documents
  • Travel up to 75% domestically and internationally
