paytech is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the partner network by attracting new clients and strengthening the company’s market position
- Present and demonstrate paytech products, identifying partner needs and interest
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by offering optimal paytech solutions to support business growth
- Maintain a client-focused mindset and contribute strategically to paytech’s market leadership
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the payments industry with understanding of payment gateway / payment institution structure
- Experience in active sales or business development roles
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to find balanced solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present at all levels including C-suite
- High self-organization and discipline; ability to thrive in dynamic environments
- Willingness to attend industry events to network with prospective partners
- Experience with SaaS is an advantage
