paytech is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow the partner network by attracting new clients and strengthening the company’s market position
  • Present and demonstrate paytech products, identifying partner needs and interest
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, achieving and exceeding KPIs
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by offering optimal paytech solutions to support business growth
  • Maintain a client-focused mindset and contribute strategically to paytech’s market leadership

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the payments industry with understanding of payment gateway / payment institution structure
  • Experience in active sales or business development roles
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to find balanced solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present at all levels including C-suite
  • High self-organization and discipline; ability to thrive in dynamic environments
  • Willingness to attend industry events to network with prospective partners
  • Experience with SaaS is an advantage
