We are looking for a BPMN Automator Analyst in our Team
Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements, system specifications, and workflows
Design and configure system solutions on the Creatio platform to align with business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, integrations, and customizations
Model business processes using BPMN notation to ensure efficient system and workflow design
Identify system improvements and optimize workflows within the Creatio platform
Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including functional specifications, data models, integration plans, and BPMN diagrams
Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving system-related problems
Work closely with developers to support the development and deployment of system solutions
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users
Design, implement, and maintain system integrations between Creatio and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party APIs)
Analyze integration requirements, define data flows, and manage data mapping for seamless integration across platforms
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role
Hands-on experience with the Creatio platform or other low-code/no-code platforms preferred
Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and business process management
Proficiency in BPMN notation for business process modeling and process optimization
Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between systems (ERP, CRM, third-party APIs)
Experience with data mapping, API integrations, and integration testing
Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation (system specs, data models, integration plans, BPMN diagrams)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
