A leading industrial engineering business is seeking a detail-oriented Quality & Compliance professional to take ownership of key safety and quality systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in a quality control, quality assurance, or compliance-focused role within an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
- Strong experience working with safety and compliance systems (e.g. HSI Donesafe or similar platforms).
- Experience managing non-conformance registers and quality reporting processes.
- Solid understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001).
- Proven ability to manage document control processes in a structured and compliant manner.
- Experience preparing and reviewing SWMS and other safety-related documentation.
- Strong administrative capability, with the ability to handle repetitive and detail-heavy tasks accurately.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation, reporting, and compliance records.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality and compliance functions.
- Experience within a pump, mechanical, or industrial equipment environment is highly advantageous.
- Exposure to SAP-based safety or compliance systems is desirable.
- Experience supporting or leading ISO audits and certification processes is a plus.
- Experience developing and delivering internal training programs is also advantageous.
