We're looking for a HR Operations Lead to serve as the operational backbone of the HR function, shaping how systems, data, and programs scale to support a high-growth, mission-driven company.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in HR or People Operations within a high-growth environment
- Experience leading payroll and benefits administration across multiple regions (US and Canada preferred)
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Dayforce experience a plus)
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to solve complex operational challenges
