We are looking for a PSP / Payment Partnerships Manager with experience in online casino, sportsbook, or iGaming operators to lead the development of payment partnerships across Europe and CIS markets.
Responsibilities:
- Search, evaluate, and onboard PSPs and payment partners in target GEOs
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements
- Research and identify the most effective payment solutions for each market
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams on payment integrations
- Support launched PSPs, monitor performance, and resolve operational issues
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with partners
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in iGaming, gambling, or with a PSP
- Strong understanding of card acquiring, PSPs, payouts, and settlements
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- English (B2+) and Russian
- Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and ability to manage multiple partners
Nice to have:
- Experience with PSP/API integrations
- Knowledge of gambling regulations and compliance across different markets
- Experience in sportsbook or casino payment operations
