Requirements:
- 3+ years in IT
- Fluent German and English (C1)
- Practical AI tooling proficiency (we use Claude)
Responsibilities:
- Lead presales: gather requirements, prepare MVP concepts and proposals for DACH clients
- Manage the full development cycle: Jira, task decomposition, resource planning
- Grow clients through upsales
- Use AI to automate communication, generate specifications, translations, and summaries
Conditions:
- €48,000-€72,000 per year + bonuses for upsales and great projects
- Fully remote, European time zone
- Employment contract
