Senior Manager - Product Owners will lead and scale a high performing team responsible for delivering innovative SaaS solutions to the insurance industry. This is a strategic leadership role with direct influence over product direction, execution excellence, and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management or product ownership within SaaS environments
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing Product Owners or product teams
- 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Ability to translate complex regulatory or insurance workflows into scalable software solutions
- Proven ability to balance long-term strategy with near-term execution
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence technical and non-technical teams
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform product decisions
- Experience working with analytics and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, product analytics platforms)
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience
- Willingness to travel 1–2 times per quarter as needed
