Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer driven by a passion for building scalable, efficient, and innovative software solutions. This position demands deep expertise in Node.js, ReactJS, and TypeScript, with an emphasis on delivering impactful applications and leading development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and develop end-to-end software solutions
  • Drive development practices to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components
  • Establish project requirements, manage timelines, and oversee delivery milestones
  • Guide and support team members to foster growth and technical excellence
  • Maintain system scalability, optimization, and adherence to performance standards
  • Diagnose and resolve issues to preserve software reliability and quality
  • Assess technical solutions to enhance workflows and processes
  • Conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards across projects
  • Contribute to documentation and continuously refine development processes and tools

Requirements

  • Background in full-stack development for large-scale applications, with more than 5 years of experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Node.js, ReactJS, and TypeScript
  • Understanding of NestJS
  • Familiarity with AWS
  • Skills in leadership for guiding and mentoring teams effectively
  • Capability to apply problem-solving and analytical thinking in software development
  • Competency in collaboration and communication with diverse teams
  • Flexibility to work independently or collaboratively in dynamic environments
  • Fluency in English (B2+ level)

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Java
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with Next.js
  • Knowledge of SQL
