Overview

We're looking for a Partner Sales Manager – Salesforce (B2B, Industrial) to join our team in London, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will focus on driving revenue for EPAM’s Salesforce practice through strategic partnerships and client engagements. You will collaborate closely with Salesforce and internal teams to expand opportunities, influence key stakeholders, and strengthen long-term relationships that support business growth across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Salesforce-related business growth for EPAM within new and existing client accounts to achieve individual sales quota
  • Execute regional sales and marketing initiatives in alignment with EPAM’s Salesforce strategy
  • Coordinate value proposition development, sales plans, RFP/RFQ/RFI responses by liaising with business units and executive teams
  • Establish and maintain strong engagement with Salesforce stakeholders to identify joint go-to-market opportunities
  • Manage pipeline development and forecast reviews with internal and partner teams
  • Promote EPAM capabilities and case studies across the Salesforce ecosystem to stimulate partner-driven lead generation
  • Conduct joint marketing efforts with EPAM and Salesforce marketing teams to enhance EPAM visibility
  • Develop trusted advisor status within EPAM for Salesforce-related capabilities and emerging trends
  • Provide internal guidance on Salesforce partnerships, tools, and roadmap updates
  • Oversee contract discussions in coordination with Legal and delivery teams

Requirements

  • Relevant experience with the end-to-end sales lifecycle including prospecting, proposal orchestration, and contract closure
  • Proven experience selling Salesforce solutions and navigating the Salesforce partner ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships across B2B industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, High Tech, and Business Services
  • Strong solution-selling expertise and consultative approach
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in verbal, written, and interpersonal collaboration
  • Effective presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High level of energy, motivation, and ability to work autonomously
