CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Junior Art QA Analyst to join the QA team working on The Witcher 4, focusing on ensuring the highest quality of character-related content in the Characters Area.
Responsibilities:
- Test character assets and engine tools
- Identify, report, and verify game issues and bugs; maintain bug reports and checklists
- Perform optimization and performance testing passes
- Create test cases and support test planning activities (Xray)
- Monitor game builds and help maintain build stability
- Collaborate with artists, technical artists, programmers, and the broader QA team
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a QA-related role
- Basic knowledge of 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender
- Basic knowledge of Unreal Engine and understanding of 3D character creation pipelines
- Familiarity with version control systems (Perforce or GitHub) and Jira Software
- Good English communication skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Interest in art, technical art, or game development, and willingness to learn
Nice to have:
- Experience using TestRail or Xray
- Experience executing performance tests
- Basic knowledge of skinning and rigging; portfolio showcasing 3D art-related work
