Overview

Join our team in Singapore as a Senior UI/UX Designer to build enterprise platforms for a leading insurance client.

In this role, you will engage directly with stakeholders, facilitate collaboration and spearhead design initiatives focused on tools and systems for the agency distribution channel, with financial agents as the primary users.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and deliver exceptional product experiences
  • Lead user research initiatives to deeply understand the needs, workflows and challenges of financial agents and agency users
  • Facilitate alignment workshops, co-creation sessions and ongoing communication between internal and client stakeholders
  • Map and design end-to-end user journeys and complex workflows
  • Craft intuitive interfaces and interactions that align with established design systems while driving continuous improvement
  • Deliver clear, actionable design specs and high-fidelity prototypes to guide development
  • Mentor and guide junior designers as needed

Requirements

  • Extensive professional experience in UX, Product or Experience Design within enterprise settings, ideally with a consultancy or agency background
  • Proven track record of designing and shipping complex digital products or platforms, preferably in the insurance or financial industries
  • Clear client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance business goals with user needs to deliver scalable solutions
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops and co-design sessions
  • Demonstrated leadership in project and team environments with a collaborative approach
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, including the use of agentic AI tools
  • Solid understanding of design systems, UX research methodologies and modern product development practices

Nice to have

  • Experience designing solutions for agency salesforces or with insurance-related enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and working with cross-functional product teams
  • Ability to leverage AI tools and methodologies in the end-to-end design process—such as integrating AI-driven insights, implementing agentic design workflows, or designing user experiences that incorporate AI solutions
