Toggle is a product company building eSIM and VPN solutions for global connectivity across all major platforms, including mobile, desktop, and TV.

Role Overview

We are developing a VPN service with a global audience and are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team and help grow the Toggle VPN product across all major platforms: iOS, macOS, tvOS, Android, Android TV, and others. You will work on client applications across various platforms (mobile, desktop, TV), as well as on website-related tasks. An important requirement is having commercial experience and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-changing environment.

We are looking for a candidate with strong visual skills who can create not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional designs. A willingness to learn, high engagement, and a desire to contribute to the development of both the team and the product are essential.

Direct Manager: Lead Product Designer
Location: Minsk
Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)

Responsibilities

  • design development for mobile applications, desktop versions, and TV applications;

  • creation and maintenance of the website design;

  • participation in the development of visual concepts and user interfaces;

  • close collaboration with developers and the product team;

  • support and improvement of designs based on feedback and testing;

  • meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards when completing tasks;

  • training and development of professional skills within the team.

What We Expect from You

Hard skills:

  • 3+ years of commercial experience (applications / web);
  • excellent proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe);
  • ability to create responsive designs for various device resolutions;
  • strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience applying them in practice;
  • experience working with design libraries and building component-based interfaces;
  • experience creating prototypes and user flows.

Soft skills:

  • flexibility in approaching tasks and the ability to adapt to change;
  • ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and the ability to listen to and consider others’ opinions;
  • attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work;
  • proactivity, with a desire to grow and learn new things;
  • problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

Nice to Have:

  • experience working with prototyping and testing tools (InVision, Marvel, Proto.io, etc.);
  • experience creating animations and microinteractions (for example, in After Effects or using interface animation principles);
  • basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
