Q.AI Limited — a joint venture with 01.AI is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (Senior) — AI/LLM.
What you'll do:
- Embed with clients to understand their technical and business needs, and co-build solutions
- Architect and build end-to-end AI/LLM applications, iterating fast from prototype to live deployment
- Own project scope and rollout plans; deliver on the client's infrastructure as their trusted technical partner
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, feed insights back to product, and document best practices to scale the FDE function
What you bring:
- 4+ years in software engineering with direct customer interaction
- Track record of fast prototyping and iterating on user feedback
- Led or contributed to AI/ML rollouts; comfortable with networking & cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Full-stack: front-end (React/Next.js), back-end, and data/SQL tools
- Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Location & conditions: Astana, office — up to 50% on-site travel.
Salary: 1,000,000 – 1,800,000 KZT/month (gross)
