  • Document integration behavior using APIs, middleware, and platform events
  • Ensure every story follows Salesforce best practices and includes clear, testable acceptance criteria
  • Partner with architects and integration teams to shape APIs using Salesforce Integration frameworks, Mulesoft and Apigee
  • Create user stories that cover REST API design, versioning, and lifecycle management
  • Include authentication, security, and middleware orchestration patterns within user stories
  • Align with Product managers and Salesforce platform architects to keep backlog items consistent with the target Salesforce architecture
  • Coordinate dependencies across other Salesforce development teams and join solution discussions by reviewing architecture diagrams and integration patterns
  • Provide ongoing clarifications to developers and testers during the sprint lifecycle and review completed work for completeness
  • Participate in demos that showcase Salesforce UI flows, API calls (e.g. Postman), and data checks including SOQL queries

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and the ability to slice features into clear, incremental stories
  • Strong knowledge of Apex fundamentals, flows and triggers, including automation and SOQL queries
  • Good familiarity with Salesforce architecture principles
  • Hands-on experience with REST API fundamentals along with practical use of Apigee and Mulesoft
