N26 is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Cloud Foundations team within the Runtime Platform segment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute long-term roadmap for Cloud Foundations, shifting cloud capabilities into self-service, developer-friendly products.
- Enable development teams to autonomously provision infrastructure, manage secrets and deploy workloads securely through APIs, tooling and automated guardrails.
- Own core cloud capabilities including multi-account AWS management, Infrastructure as Code frameworks and privileged access solutions.
- Build, coach and scale a high-performing team of cloud, infrastructure and platform engineers.
- Elevate operational maturity around automation, observability, resiliency and secure-by-default architecture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Security and other stakeholders to drive platform adoption.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading platform, cloud infrastructure, SRE or DevOps teams in a complex, scale-up or enterprise environment.
- Deep experience in AWS cloud architecture, automated multi-account management frameworks and cloud networking baselines.
- Experience transforming foundational cloud infrastructure into product-led, self-service platform solutions.
- Strong people leadership, coaching and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Fluent English (full professional proficiency).
